-My Story-

I worked in a cushy and exciting Pharmaceutical Engineering position in the Bay Area for three years and left it all to follow my childhood dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Despite the initial crash! I did very well at it, and now I run two great businesses.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, I am a lousy improve actor, slightly funny stand up comic, and a blue belt jujitsu fighter (see my picture trying the triangular choke), I love sailing, traveling and learning new things all the time.

I started a coaching practice because I want to help people succeed. I discovered that giving people the formula I have discovered and used simply does not work because different people have different believes, circumstances and different lives and therefore require different strategies to succeed. Almost every time I worked with clients I found two distinctions:

First Distinction: That the problem is rarely the business, the school, the job, or the finances, but the problem is usual with the individual. (I can help you find what is stopping you). A great entrepreneur once said that life and business problems are personal problems in disguise.

Second Distinction: The problem is not with the success formula but with how it’s applied for the individual. the best solution is to have a custom made action plan for your own situation.

I discovered that improving the individual and helping him/her discover who they truly are, skyrockets performance and results in the business, the finances, the career, the relationships, and the happiness level… and so did my career in coaching started.

If you have never had a coach before or if you had many, you’re probably wondering if ‘I really know what I’m doing’. So I’ll start with the impressive part - the things that look really good.

• I’ve started 4 businesses in the past 7 years (The first one was a disaster the second was ok and the third and fourth are superstars).
• I currently run two good businesses with one of them on autopilot works its self with minimum supervision and generates me great income.
• I love coaching and I am very selective with who I work with.
• I’ve worked as pharmaceutical Engineer in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry for three years.
• I’m a public speaker, and the president of the only Toast Master Debate club.
• I have a Chemical Engineering Degree from San Jose State University.
• I have an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
• I volunteer a lot of my time to do business consulting for nonprofit organizations, and to teach and mentor high potential kids in poor and under privileged communities.

-The Whole Truth!-

OK, now that I’ve tooted my own horn a bit - I want you to know the whole picture: I’m not perfect! My life isn’t perfect and I am not a Super Guru that knows everything. While I may look it, I Still have to work on my business and my self because I am just like you: a Human.

Just like you, sometimes I get angry, sad, and sometimes I feel scared. sometimes I make stupid mistakes, sometimes I pass judgments and sometimes I have doubt. I love chocolate and I eat it often and I like smoking a good cigar every once in a while. (So if you are looking for an angel coach, I can save you the time right now!)

And….I’m really jazzed and optimistic about life and the future . I’m excited about our potential and possibility in our health, wealth and relationships, and how much fun we can have while succeeding! and living life And….I’m thankful and grateful to be living a wonderful and fulfilling life.
